KALADIN is the result of a successful Kickstarter campaign made possible by the loyal fans of author Brandon Sanderson and our own beloved Black Piper family.  Conceptualized as a big-budget, Hollywood-style film score, the project featured over a half-dozen composers across two CDs and raised over $100,000.

KALADIN follows the journey of the main character, Kaladin Stormblessed, from his time training as a surgeon in Hearthstone to his time in Amaram's army, his slave days in The Unclaimed Hills, and the crucible of Bridge Four, to the epic battles on The Shattered Plains.

As the debut album for The Black Piper, KALADIN was the project that helped define who we are today, and what we are looking forward to in the future, and would not have been possible without the incredible support of our community.
